Player Points Rewards Card FAQ

Q: Are Player Points available for online purchases>
A: Currently the Player Points Rewards Card is only available for in store retail purchases.

Q: How can I enroll in the Player’s Points Program?
A: Visit Sievert’s Sporting Goods and complete an enrollment form to receive your Player’s Points Rewards card. You can also enroll online. Simply click on the Join Player’s Points Rewards link.

Q: How will I earn a reward?
A: Always use your Player’s Points Rewards card when you male a purchase (or return) in store or online. Receive at least 1 point for every $1 you spend on merchandise (excluding tax). As soon as you reach 300 points, you’ll qualify for a $25 Rewards Credit towards your next purchase.

Q: What happens if I have more than 300 points? For instance, if I have 750 points, what will be the amount of my Rewards Credit?
A: If you have 750 points, you will receive $50 Rewards Credit, based on reaching the 300-point minimum twice. The remaining 150 points will roll over towards your next reward.

Q: Is there an expiration to the Rewards Credit?
A: No, there is no expiration on the Rewards Credit you’ve earned.

Q: I lost my Rewards Card. Can I get a replacement?
A: Yes, we can replace your Player’s Points Rewards Card. Simply visit us in store.

Q: I forgot my Rewards Card. Does my card need to be present at the time of purchase in order to earn points on my Player’s Points Rewards card?
A: No, your card does not need to be present at the time of purchase. If you are a registered card member, we can look up your name and manually enter the amount of points you earned to your card.

Q: I recently purchased merchandise from your store, but forgot to give my rewards card. Can I still add the points to my card from my previous purchase?
A: Yes, you may add the points to your rewards card. Simply present your receipt from your previous purchase and we can add on the points you earned from that purchase.

Q: Can I use my Rewards Credit for online purchases?
A: No, our rewards system is set up for in store purchases only.

Q: What if I return something that was purchased with Rewards Credit?
A: You can either exchange the product or we can give you store credit for the total amount purchased.

Q: If I return an item do I get to keep my rewards points?
A: No, when returning an item for refund or credit your points will be deducted from your account.
