We ship all our orders USPS 2-3 day priority mail at a flat rate of 4.99. Orders placed prior to 9:00am EST will be processed that business day. All Orders placed after 9:00am EST will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping Information

All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS 2-3 day priority mail at no cost to the customer.

Web Store Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply ship back your item to the returns facility within 60 days of your purchase. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. In the event the item has been received damaged, defective out of the box, or the incorrect item was shipped, shipping charges will be refunded.

Items must be returned in new and unused condition, include all parts and accessories, and be in the original vendor packaging. Sievert's Sporting Goods Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions and instructions on how to return, please refer to our Return Exceptions.

To ensure a full credit, returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip.

Please note that Sievert’s Sporting Goods reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

Return Exceptions

Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Exceptions to our standard return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items appear below.

Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles: All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1.518.843.5050.

Bats/Golf Clubs/Lacrosse and Hockey Sticks, Shafts and Heads: Once packaging has been removed, returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please refer to your product documentation and contact the Manufacturer directly for these issues.

Per discretion of the manufacturer the warranty may be found void if item was determined to be abused or altered in any way.

Please have the following information readily available before calling manufacturer for return authorization:

  • 1. Model Number
  • 2. Proof of Purchase
  • 3. Date Purchased

Returning an Item

  • 1. Pack new and unused items securely in the original item packaging, whenever possible including all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • 2. Include the Reason for the return inside the return packaging.
  • 3. Remove all extra labels from the outside of the package
  • 4. Do not use Original Manufacture Product Wrapping as shipping packaging to ensure a full refund. Place all returns into proper postal shipping packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, defective out of the box or an incorrect item, save the shipping carton and contact a Sievert's Sporting Goods Customer Service Agent for immediate assistance at 1.518.843.5050. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label. Customers will be refunded in the original form of payment for the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Please note if you do not contact customer service and ship to the return center, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Sievert's Sporting Goods reserves the right to refuse refunds on any product returned damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped if deemed not damaged, not defective or not incorrectly shipped and Return Fees may be subtracted from your refund.
